30-Day Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must have been purchased from iAnyPet.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included components and proof of purchase.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used pet food, grooming products, shampoos, sprays, wipes, and other consumable or hygiene products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from an error on our part or an item that arrived damaged or defective.
Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a full refund. Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Any Pet International promptly and provide photos when requested so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
